Perth Amboy, NJ08861 Made in U.S.A. Head crafted in China. This is still sealed with the plastic around the neck.
Condition: Bottle has age/storage wear (mostly areas of rubbing on the label & a price sticker remnant) and this troll could use a hair brushing.
