Vintage Bell of Pennsylvania rotary phone dial cover. White plastic telephone dial overlay has raised black numbers/letters and features the post 1969 Bell System logo designed by Saul Bass. I am not sure if this was ever used on a phone but the little adhesive squares on the back do not stick anymore.
